This was a huge hit in Britain! We're not COMPLETELY sure whether this is the Nightmare Prince in drag or his mother. Anyone out there know? Either way, this is a pretty rare one. We don't see these often and we happen to have a few from a LONG ago purchase of some HB cels. This one has the matching production drawing. We'll include a Charles Scott Gallery COA.
