It is a hand-inked and painted production cel setup of Charlie Brown and Snoopy! And they're at Lucy's Psychiatry booth with Snoopy standing in as the Dr!

The cel setup comes with a print background that has the booth as well as 2 production drawings (detailed with color keys). The artwork is 12-field animation (so approximately 10.5" x 12.5" each piece).  
IN ADDITION - this includes the layout drawing for the entire section that has Lucy and Charlie Brown! NOTE: the layout drawing has a hard diagonal fold down the middle.
